To cope with our exciting business expansion, we have currently looking for passionate and self-motivated individual to join our fast-growing retail & wholesale team as Retail & Wholesale Operations Assistant.

Job Description

How you will contribute 

• Work closely with the retail team to support their daily operations
• Oversee day to day operational management for retail & wholesale stores and liaise with all support functions at back office
• Coordinate logistics, shipments and aftersales operations
• Assist to prepare various reports, such as: retails sales reports, monthly business reports, regular analysis and aftersales reports
• Ensure effective communication between office and boutiques for coordination of operational activities
• Brand management such as: stock, promotion, visual merchandising and implement retail operation procedures
• Assist in projects assigned by Manager
• Stores visits will be required time to time

Who you are 

• Degree holder
• Ideally minimum 1 year experience in operations or sales function in jewellery & watches industry
• Proficient in all Microsoft tools especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Cantonese is a must with good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Flexible, positive and willing to learn
• Available immediately
