Program Highlights
This management trainee program is to develop potential candidates working towards Retail District Management.  He/she will be responsible for the operations management of retail shops including but not limited to shop operations, business development, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. 

• Extensive on-the-job rotation among different types of retail shop.
• Learning opportunity to explore the corporate operation of a well-known health and rehabilitation retailer, through the lens of strategic level to an operational point of view.
• Opportunities to lead retail projects in supporting business strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations in the frontline including sales merchandising, cashier and stock management
• Achieve sales target through delivering excellence in all areas of customer service and providing a broad base of knowledge of all products
• Perform a variety of operational activities assigned by Store Management
• Work on assigned projects
• Build effective relationship within the frontline team as well as across various corporate functions
• Focus on CRM as to maintain long-term relationship with potential customers

 Requirements:

• Tertiary education, Higher Diploma or equivalent in Business or related disciplines
• At least 1-2 years working experience in retail industry is preferable. Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Strong Passion for retail industry
• Hard working, responsible, punctual and able to work well under pressure
• Positive working attitude, flexible with good analytical and detailed-mind, work independently and well organized as a team player
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Overtime is necessary and able to work during holidays
• Native in Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin
