Responsibilities: 

• Assist the Chairman in managing daily operations ;
• Assist in the planning of Public Relation’s activities;
• Greet the company’s important guests, officials and visiting delegates from the Mainland China and overseas; 
• Complete the task assigned by Chairman and Company.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in the relevant disciplines with formal secretarial training preferred
• 10+ years of experience in serving C-level executives;
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, excellent in Mandarin is a MUST; 
• Highly responsible, strong communication, stress resistant, good organization skills and inter-personal skills; careful, good ream player and good attitude to work; 
• Business travel is needed when necessary.
