HKT Home Care aims to provide its customers with outstanding IT support services within the home. As part of an expert team, the Home IT Consultant will provide a first class IT support service to our customers. Applicants should be able to express technical matters clearly to experts and non-experts alike; and have a passion for IT, and helping those who don’t.

Job Responsibilities 

• To provide professional remote and on-site support of customer’s home IT hardware and software systems from advice, through to repair and maintenance, sale, installation and device interconnectivity.
• To provide the highest level of personalized customer care and communications, consistent with developing a long-term customer relationship.
• To work closely, as a team player, with colleagues to respond to customer feedback and recommend improvements to ensure a first-class and quality delivery.

The Person 

• A customer orientated and analytical IT professional, up-to-date on the latest devices and trends, enjoys and is able to take a hands-on approach to resolving problems, and has excellent communications skills and a good command of English and Cantonese.
• IVE Diploma or above in an IT related field with a preference for those holding appropriate qualifications and certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Networking.
• At least two years in an IT related Support / Help Desk environment, knowledgeable in a wide spectrum of IT related fields such as OS platforms, interconnection, installation, configuration and optimization; and happy to continue to learn.
• Self motivated, strong sense of customer responsibility, able to work independently, and flexible in working hours and open to visit and speak with customers.
• Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered as Home IT Manager
