Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities aligning with fund investment strategies and direction;
• Perform investment research, modelling, and valuations;
• Lead / Participate in deal negotiations;
• Manage the entire investment process from deal screening, deal structuring, due diligence, documentation and closing, post-closing investment monitoring to exit;
• Build and maintain strong and productive relationship with clients, co-investors and strategic partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting/Finance/Investment or related disciplines
• With professional qualification as CPA or CFA
• Minimum 7 years of solid working experience in private equity or direct investment, with proven track records
• In-depth industry knowledge in the Discretionary Consumer, Culture and Media sectors
• Hands-on experience in deal origination and execution
• Strong financial analysis, modelling, and negotiation skills
• Self-initiative, team player and work well independently and under pressure
• High fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both oral and written
