Responsibility

• Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC regulated activities of the firm
• Responsible for portfolio construction & and performance measurement in Hong Kong and other regions
• Develop business strategies and oversee the development of asset management and/or investment management of the funds
• Formulate and improve the operational manual, ensure the operations in compliance with Company policies and SFC requirement

Requirement

• Must be a current SFC Type 9 Responsible Officer License holder  
• Familiar with the business environment in Mainland China
• Strong business sense and in-depth knowledge of the asset management industry
• Good command of English. Mandarin speaker is a must.

• 擔任負責人員，負責管理SFC監管的公司活動;
• 負責香港和其他地區的投資組合建設和績效評估;
• 制定業務戰略並監督資金管理和/或基金投資管理的發展 制定和完善操作手冊;
• 確保操作符合公司政策和證監會的要求。

需求

• 必須是證監會第9類負責人執照持有人;
• 熟悉中國大陸的商業環境，強大的商業意識和對資產管理行業的深入了解;
• 良好的英語水平，說普通話是必須的。
