Job Duties

• Candidates will join DL Family Office’s intensive training program and rotate through different departments in the first 3 months of the Management Trainee program
• Develop all-rounded knowledge and skills in finance, wealth management, investment, operations, compliance and marketing
• Fast track advancement upon completion of the first 3 months’ rotation
• Learn leading and managing team

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holder or above in all disciplines
• Minimum 1 year working experience, fresh grads will also be considered
• Fluent English and Mandarin is a must, Cantonese is a plus
• Self-motivated, confident, driven and diligent team player
• Excellent communication, execution, analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Willing to learn and able to work efficiently under pressure
