Responsibilities:

• Handle daily Administrative duties and office management tasks
• Responsible for maintenance and administration of funds/trusts;
• Responsible for fund/trust accounting and other relevant fund/trust operational tasks;
• Handle legal documents and preparation/review of resolutions/deeds etc. for the Trust/Fund team
• Input completion order into ESOP systems;
• Responsible for periodic accounting and regulatory reports preparation;
• Perform daily fund/trust valuation and accounting reconciliation;
• handle various governing and legal documents, company secretarial duties;
• liaise with banks, intermediaries and third parties for project schemes;
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Skills and Requirements: 

• Degree or above in business / accounting / law or related discipline preferable;
• 2 - 3 years of solid experience in handling trust administration;
• Experience in ESOP, MPF &/or ORSO scheme administration is highly preferable;
• Good understanding of life insurance, trust and various succession planning products
• Solid written and verbal communication (English and Cantonese a must, Mandarin highly preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time management with ability to prioritize tasks
• Professional attitude, friendly and customer service attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
