Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily Administrative duties and office management tasks
- Responsible for maintenance and administration of funds/trusts;
- Responsible for fund/trust accounting and other relevant fund/trust operational tasks;
- Handle legal documents and preparation/review of resolutions/deeds etc. for the Trust/Fund team
- Input completion order into ESOP systems;
- Responsible for periodic accounting and regulatory reports preparation;
- Perform daily fund/trust valuation and accounting reconciliation;
- handle various governing and legal documents, company secretarial duties;
- liaise with banks, intermediaries and third parties for project schemes;
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Skills and Requirements:
- Degree or above in business / accounting / law or related discipline preferable;
- 2 - 3 years of solid experience in handling trust administration;
- Experience in ESOP, MPF &/or ORSO scheme administration is highly preferable;
- Good understanding of life insurance, trust and various succession planning products
- Solid written and verbal communication (English and Cantonese a must, Mandarin highly preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time management with ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional attitude, friendly and customer service attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
