Major Responsibilities:

• Develop Digital Financial systems by assessing a client’s business challenges/needs/gaps, diagnosing the root problems and recommending an appropriate solution
• Manages professional teams of diverse backgrounds, skill sets and technical/functional knowledge and/or work efforts Lead and/or support project teams engaged in the successful delivery of a wide range of Digital Finance Systems Solutions aligning finance with business strategy in support of the broader organization’s future vision
• Create strategies and blueprints that define end-to-end finance processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report) and harness the power of robotic process automation, machine learning, and/or artificial intelligence to accelerate transaction processing.
• Manage functional requirements for General Ledger, Sub-Ledger, Finance System modules
• Work with leadership to develop a finance application roadmap and strategy that helps companies implement digital technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, compliance, and to capture new revenue opportunities (e.g., FinTech applications, blockchain technology, virtual & augmented reality)
• Work across the global CFO & EV practice to share lessons learned and best practices
• Identify and support business development initiatives; participate in and lead all aspects of the proposal development process
• Maintain an understanding of advancements in technology and innovations which are happening across digital, analytics, the CFO ecosystem, and broader marketplace
• Present technical architecture and solution, as well as deliver key messages with clarity, confidence and poise to instill confidence in clients
• Lead in financial systems configuration, development, testing, implementation, maintenance support, user training, and prepare system documentation
• Follow and guide team in software engineering best practices and proper quality management in all work

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred. Other degree holder will also be considered
• Minimum of 5-10 years of combined finance and strategic external consulting experience. 
• Proficient in requirement management and solution design
• Significant engagement management as well as business, practice, and people development
• Implementing finance, accounting, planning, forecasting, reporting solutions
• Solid understanding of the Finance function, operating models and supporting organization structures, and process best practices
• Working knowledge and expertise in analytics, forecasting, and Finance technologies (process, planning analytics, core Financial)
• Technology understanding of major ERP Financial System (SAP / Oracle etc)
• Industry experience with banking or insurance is highly preferred
• Good consultation and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
