ジャパンデスクにてプライベートバンカーのサポートとしてプロフェッショナルサービスの提供に従事していただきます。

• 顧客の口座・預金の管理
• 顧客またはポートフォリオマネジャー・プライベートバンカーからの証券売買注文の執行
• 本社および運用チームとの連携
• 口座開設・閉鎖に伴う書類等の準備
• ポートフォリオマネジャー・プライベントバンカーへの書類準備等のサポートタスク
• その他、ミーティングアレンジメントや出張手配など

• Manage daily cash positions for client's account, fiduciary deposits
• Execute money transfer, security buy/sell orders from clients or portfolio manager / private bankers
• Liaise with head office and operations team for all administrative  issues
• Keep client's file up to-date with relevant correspondence and meeting reports
• Prepare account openings or closures, and ensure completion of documentation requirements
• Prepare relevant file and account report for portfolio manager / private banker prior to meeting with clients
• Assist the private banker in liaising and providing service to clients
• Assist the team members with ad-hoc requests
• Administrative support e.g. Meeting arrangement, business trip arrangement and preparation

Requirement

• ビジネスレベルの日本語（読み書き含む）と、流暢な英語力
• 3年以上のプライベートバンキング・ウェルスマネジメント業界での就労経験
• 高いコミュニケーション能力・問題解決能力
• Avaloqシステムの知識がある方歓迎
• HKMA/SFC　Type 1, Type 4保持者

• Business level of both spoken and written Japanese is a MUST; Proficient in English
• Type 1, Type 4 is must
• Bachelors Degree with at least 3 years' experience in a banking service role
• Good understanding of the impact of economic, monetary and corporate developments on market/company/sector
•  Good communication and problem solving skills
• Strong knowledge of Avaloq is a plus
• Resumes in English & Japanese are required
