The Job:

• Review the monthly management reports and annual report of legal entities
• Review and assist in the preparation of financial resources rules and financial return (FRR)
• Assist the implementation of the regulatory reporting for new licensing requirements for Type 11 regulated activities
• Enhance and streamline internal control and routine processes
• Prepare any other ad hoc reports requested by management

Requirements:

We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline with professional accountancy qualification such as HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant hands-on finance experience gained from Big 4 companies, securities firm or sizable financial institution
• Knowledge in SFC Liquid Capital calculation and FRR Return is required
• Familiar with HK accounting standards, securities and futures regulations and other related regulations
• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical mind and good time management skills; able to work independently and as a team with good communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; exposure to Oracle accounting software will be an advantage
