Job Responsibilities:

• Handle marketing research and survey
• Check and monitor the company website and information to ensure the accuracy
• Handle and closely follow up internal / external customer’s enquiries to achieve customer satisfaction
• Prepare regular reports and filings to Management
• To handle related ad-hoc projects assigned

 Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• At least 1 year relevant experience in Financial institution or knowledge in finance is preferred
• Patient, detail-minded and customer-oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high proficiency
• Good in both spoken and written Vietnamese and English (Knowledge in Cantonese and Mandarin will be definitely advantage)
• Immediate available is preferred
