Responsibilities:

• To conduct and to provide written findings on financial statement analysis and valuation analysis
• To collate information for the execution of corporate finance transactions
• To provide assistance in the preparation of pitching materials
• To provide assistance in the execution of corporate finance transactions as well as the necessary project management
• To provide assistance in the handling of routine compliance duties

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (graduates of business administration, finance, accounting or economics disciplines are preferred)
• 1-2 years’ working experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Holder of HK Permanent Identity Card or valid Hong Kong working visa
• Candidates with prior working experience in accounting firms or securities analysis are preferred
• Detail oriented, results driven and an independent thinking professional
  Self-motivated, diligent, efficient team player who can multi-task, prioritize and willing to learn
