Rank: Associate/Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team members in the execution of DCM transactions, including structuring, documentation, and syndications/ sales, etc.;
• Prepare financial model and presentation materials;
• Carry out research and/ or report writing in relation to businesses of the team;
• Assist to coordinate and liaise with potential issuers and investors for DCM transactions; and
• Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by his/her superiors.

Requirements:

• University graduate or higher, in finance, economics, accounting, laws preferred;
• At least one to two years of relevant capital markets experience preferred;
• Good ability in written English and Chinese.  Fluent in Mandarin and English;
• Pleasant and presentable;
• Good skills in Work, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Ability to do financial model a plus;
• Fresh graduate or candidate with other work experience, but with good personal quality, will also be considered
