Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Drive product development and enhancement to meet business objectives
• Keep abreast of latest market trend, analyze customers’ behavior, key financial drivers and competitors’ strategy to sustain a continuous product growth and maintain competitiveness in the market
• Ensure relevant control measures (policies, procedures and operation flows) are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies and regulation
• Actively participate in system development and implementation
• Conduct regular reports and relevant reviews

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Marketing or Business related disciplines
• Min. 5 years’ experience in Retail Product Development and Portfolio Management
• Familiar with MS Office, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated and independent with strong organization and project management skill
• Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English
