Job Description

• Support project leader on different corporate finance transactions including IPO and corporate finance advisory, from marketing to execution
• Conducting due diligence work in preparation for submitting the listing application of non-listed companies and/or due diligence work for the corporate finance activities of listed companies;
• Drafting of key sections of the listing documents and all relevant documents (e.g. Prospectus, announcement, circular…etc.);
• Reviewing documentation prepared by other professional parties (including lawyers, auditors, industry consultants) to ensure the listing documents and all relevant documents are in accordance with the applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, the Main Board Listing Rules, the GEM Listing Rules, the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance as well as the Companies Ordinance; and
• Conducting relevant research to support our analysis as set out in the listing documents.
• Acting as the primary contact point for the regulators.

Requirements:

• Possess outstanding academic background from leading universities
• With relevant working experience in corporate finance advisory or audit is preferred (refer to the above)
• Sound knowledge of China capital market
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and valuation skills
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills and ability to work under time pressure
• Excellent Mandarin
