Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative support for operation of Supply Chain Finance system including registration of client information, generate batch reports and delivery of key document/execution slip e.g. drawdown notice
• Operate online banking system for funds remittance transactions, input interest rates and any necessary process
• Liaise with approver and other supporting staff in the branch to provide professional services to clients
• Support marketing officers, daily execution and credit analysis of trade solution and supply chain finance business (including LC confirmation, LC discounting, Account Receivable Purchase, Factoring, Supply Chain Finance, Invoice Financing, etc.)
• Contact corporate customers and financial institutions to promote trade finance transactions
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University degree or diploma holder in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• Around 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in corporate banking sector
• Good knowledge of credit analysis and trade finance or related products
• Multi-tasking, attentive to details and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• A good team player with good customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
• Fluent command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in using PC and MS Offices
