Responsibilities : 

• Handle due diligence work and the preparation of marketing materials, research materials and transactional documents and other documentation incidental to the execution of transactions
• Liaising and dealing with clients, professional parties, regulators and other business and support units
• Assist in the provision of advice on transactions regarding valuation, structuring, financial, regulatory and business aspects of them
• Handle the execution of transactions

Requirements : 

• University degree in finance or related discipline
• 4 years or above DCM working experience in bank/financial institutions
• Experience in execution of corporate bond issuance is essential
• Familiar with entire bond issuance procedure and operations
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese ( Fluent in Mandarin )
