Job Description:

l   Take lead interim and annual audits of the group and results announcements, in a timely and accurately manner;

l   Oversee the consolidation process on financial and management reporting and budgeting;

l   Liaise with external parties, such as auditors, lawyers, tax representative etc,;

l   Monitor and to prepare analysis on projects’ business performance;

l   Assist in conducting feasibility study and financial modeling, and financial and tax due diligence for new projects;

l   Perform other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Job Requirement:

l   Bachelor Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline;

l   Qualified Accountant with professional qualifications of ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent;

l   At least 8 years professional experience acquired from both Big 4 Auditing and Commercial sectors; at which more than 3 years of managerial level, previous working experience in listed company is an added advantage;

l   Able to work independently, pro-active, team player, hardworking and able to work under pressure;

l   Excellent communication and effective people management skills;

l   Good command in written and spoken English & Putonghua;

l   Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint

l   Candidate with less experience will be considered as Finance Manager
