Responsibilities:

• Oversees the ECM team in deal origination, pricing, structuring, syndication and execution including IPOs share placements
• To build up and maintain good relationships with both institutional and buyside clients.
• To lead the ECM team on capital market update, pitching, syndicate function, marketing coordination and book building.
• Originate, structure and execute ECM transactions included IPO, and placements in both primary and secondary market

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in any related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ECM in an investment bank or sizeable financial institutions
• Solid knowledge of the capital markets in Hong Kong & China, as well as the relevant rules and regulations with strong technical background and good understanding of equity capital markets.
• Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
