Our Client (Goldwin Global Capital Limited) is a newly set up asset managment company and will have SFC Type 4 & 9 license soon. Our client is seeking to hire more management staff/ Responsible Officer to supervise SFC regulated activities and business development. 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Type 4 & 9 regulated activities and ensure the business operations in compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Coordinate effectively with business partners to mobilize resources and implement business decisions
• Establish solid business network , participate in marketing, client servicing activities and products development
• Review and monitor business development and sales performance
• Liasion with SFC for any compliance issues

 Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or other related disciplines
• Holder of SFC Type 4 & 9 (sole or non-sole) RO licenses preferred
• Experience on PE / SPC fund set up and different structure
• Minimum 3-year solid management experience in financial industry 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Less experience or flexible working hour may also be considered
