JOB RESPONSIBITY:

 

• Performing leadership role effectively supporting compliance programs, processes, policies and procedures as well as accomplishing compliance goals and strategies
• Liaising with senior management and the Board to facilitate the implementation of the Compliance Policy
• Working with senior management to ensure update to date Compliance regulatory environment
• Developing, implementing and enforcing policies, procedures, and Compliance training programs to minimize potential risk and comply with applicable regulations, using a risk-based approach (“RBA”)
• Ensuring the risk classification is properly addressed and potential risks are properly mitigated
• Fostering a common vision and provide clear direction and common priorities for the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance (AML) program both within and outside the department
• Compiling risk analytics data from a variety of sources needed to identify trending and root cause analysis on key risk indicators of AML risk
• Developing and maintaining policies, procedures and other program documents such as product level risk assessments or AML control documents for the overall Compliance Program
• Conducting Customer Due Diligence (e.g., KYC) checks and approval during on-boarding to be in line with the Compliance Policy.
• Timely reviewing the KYC document checklist in light of changing business circumstances
• Reviewing and updating the KYC checklist whenever deemed necessary

 

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Degree or above with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law or related discipline
• Sound knowledge of relevant laws and regulations of payment industry
• At least 4 years of experience in compliance, legal or regulatory fields of financial services industry
• Familiar with the operating rules and regulatory requirements of the local financial market/ FINTECH industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with effective time and project management skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
