Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare marketing proposal, product P&L, campaign evaluation and MIS analysis to ensure learnings and insights
• Drive new product development, acquisition, utilization and management of Mortgage, SME Banking and Secured Lending
• Develop online and offline marketing communication materials, working closely with internal and external parties
• Provide update and training to sales channels and make sure the new measures are implemented timely as well as ensuring effective delivery of business targets
• Review and fine-tune product features and process streamlining to ensure product competitiveness and speedy turnaround
• Work closely with related departments in implementing new product initiatives and marketing campaigns in a timely manner
• Keep abreast on competitive activities and drive business growth in different sales channels
• Work closely with Retails Credit Department on credit underwriting and CVM on customer segmentation
• Closely follow up on the regulatory guidelines form HKMA or other regulatory bodies
• Plan and manage marketing budget and provide regular updates

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
• 4 years' relevant experience in product development and marketing of mortgage and SME
• Strong business acumen with good understanding of Secured Lending products
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
