Responsibilities

• Delivering outstanding customer service to customers via incoming calls
• Handling enquiries and complaints for company service or products
• Ensuring customer service achieve company's standard
• Providing ad hoc administrative support to department

Requirements

• Secondary education or above
• At least 1 year of call centre experience in any industry
• Fluency in spoken English and Mandarin
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge for MPF is an advantage
