Job Description
Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service to customers via incoming calls
- Handling enquiries and complaints for company service or products
- Ensuring customer service achieve company's standard
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to department
Requirements
- Secondary education or above
- At least 1 year of call centre experience in any industry
- Fluency in spoken English and Mandarin
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge for MPF is an advantage
