Role : 

You are a key member of our Client Services Team in HK to support our group's data services clients, as well as data management and data feed administration.

Responsibilities : 

• Respond to external client queries as well as queries from internal parties.
• Maintain a high standard of client services in dealing with clients.
• Troubleshoot data contribution issues
• Ensure SLA compliance.
• Working with Data Quality, Sales, Products, Price Reporting and technical teams to resolve market data issues.
• Arrange the deployment of market data to clients.
• Manage historical database content.
• Monitor data contribution systems.
• Data coverage check to the sales team.
• Inventory reviews and content maintenance of market data.
• Documentation of operation processes and update of feed content documents.

Requirements : 

• Understand & exposure to financial products 
• Familiar with market data contribution / distribution.
• Familiar with financial data vendor services / platforms.
• Able to learn and administrate internal market data systems
• Good excel skills 
• Be a self-starter and flexibility

Education & experiences :

• University graduate
• 2 to 3 years working experiences Experience in financial market data management / operations / support
• Experience in financial data vendor is an advantage
