Responsibilities：

• Perform and Monitor daily operations and settlement functions of securities (Cash and Margin Trading)
• Handle client fund/ stocks deposit or withdrawal, corporate action, settlement instrction, EIPO;
• Handle account opening documents and procedures;
• Ensure all processing transactions are complied with all relevant external regulators and in-house policies

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in securities' settlement operations
• Good experience in account opening, KYC, AML, SI and related policies or practices
• Knowledge in handling CCASS and China Connect operations
• Familiar with the Hundsun system will be a plus
• Proficient in MS office application, including Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
