Job Description

Our client is one of the biggest Chinese Commercial Factoring companies, headquartered in Shenzhen with office in HK and listed on HK Stock Exchange. The company has huge potential and provides massive space to grow for individuals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain various overseas financing channels based on the company's business to build an overseas financing platform;
2. Lead the overseas financing department, formulating overseas financing plans;
3. Control and supervise the specific implementation of the financing plan and analyze the financing benefits;
4. Collect information about overseas financing projects;
5. Assist the CEO to drive the business. 

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, finance or economics;
2. 10 years of relevant experience in financing, with experience in issuing bonds, structured financing and open market financing of listed companies in Hong Kong;
3. Solid financial knowledge, familiar with various financing methods such as bank credit, private equity, funds, etc., familiar with the procedures and operations of capital operation projects;
4. Strong negotiation and analytical skills
5. overseas market financing channel resources
6. With the ability to independently develop investment financing projects, it can complete the follow-up monitoring, analysis, evaluation and management of investment and financing work;
7. Proficient in English and Cantonese, with professional oral and written communication skills;

8. Listed Company experience is a MUST
