The selected individual will work closely with our quantitative trading teams and have the opportunity to develop core trading infrastructure, with a high level of autonomy in system design and architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Build trading execution platforms and tools to support algorithm trading;
• Develop connectivity for market data feed and order routing for direct market access (DMA) to exchanges;
• Optimize latency and throughput of our existing trading platforms;
• Automate routine tasks using scripting languages.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in quantitative discipline (Computer Science / Mathematics / Statistics / Physics / Engineering / Finance / Machine Learning etc);
• 3+ years of strong programming experience, fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experiences will also be considered;
• Track record in developing in complex multi-thread C# / Java applications;
• Genuine interest and passion for programming, with experience in C++/C#, Java, Python, SQL and Linux kernel;
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills;
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, innovative, flexible.
