Responsibilities:

• Handle the operation of the payments transaction, inward and outward remittance via SWIFT/ RTGS;
• Provide telephone services to in-house departments and the customers;
• Conduct the compliance review of payments operation;
• Handle the account posting, bank charges, FX deals, bank reconciliation and other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or bachelor degree is preferred;
• At least 2 years of solid experience in remittance operations of banking industry;
• Good Command in written & spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese;
• Proficient in MS Office Applications including Chinese word processing;
• Independent and able to work under pressure;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
