Responsibilities :

1) Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 1 regulated activities;

2) Responsible for supervising and monitoring the daily trade and operations, including SFC regulated activities, to ensure all activities comply with SFC and statutory regulations;

3) To formulate, review and update the operational procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance;

4) Provide support and assist to the management on business expansion and/ or diversification;

5) Execute Hong Kong securities trading orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements :

     Currently holder of Type 1 Responsible Officer;

     Experience in front and back office operation;

   Sound and solid knowledge of Securities and Futures Ordinance, SFC Code of Conduct, relevant rules and guideline;

     Fluent in Putonghua;

      Immediate available is highly preferred.
