Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales objectives by promoting corporate financing services via inbound /outbound calls, internet channel and direct visit customers
• Handle loan applications and obtain relevant information to facilitate credit assessment
• Deliver quality customer services, handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Perform competitor analysis to keep abreast of latest offers and propositions in the market
• Grow client base by calling leads and handling contract sign up
• Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as required
• Take an active role to solicit sales and cross sell loan products to customers and achieve designated sales objectives
• Handle customer’s enquiries in professional manner and follow up with customer’s loan application to drawdown
• Provide professional advice on financial products / services to SME customers
• Build and maintain relationship with SME clients
• Work to increase product penetration in existing SME customer base
• Achieve sales target assigned
• Deliver products and services according to operational procedures and compliance guidelines

Job Requirements

• At least 1 year loan sales / loan operations experience in Bank or Financial company (Merchant sale/ SME loan experience is an advantage)
• Associate degree or above
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Result oriented and ambitious
• Strong sales drive and customer service mindset
• Experience in credit is an advantage
