Responsibilities :-

• Prepare funding reports to CEO;
• Oversee different internal parties including settlement process, dealing activities and trading platforms;
• Ensure the operational activities are executed and delivered as per the standards set by the Company and the required ordinances;
• Develop operational initiatives to achieve financial goals;
• Identify potential market opportunities and risks and report the issues to top management;
• Review the operational procedures periodically to ensure the compliance with regulations;
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks to support the business development when necessary.

Requirements :-

• Degree holder in Finance / Operations Management / Risk Management or related fields;
• Minimum 6 years solid experience in funds / FX operation industry and at least 3 years in managerial grade;
• Sound knowledge in Securities and Futures Ordinances;
• Experience in Cryptocurrencies / Blockchain operations will be an advantage;
• Willing to travel;
• Highly self-motivated and independent, flexible with analytical and problem-solving ability;
• Strong strategic management skill and risk awareness;
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
