Responsibilities:

• Manage all of the primary contacts for resolution of non-performing corporate loans as per supervisor’s assignment.
• Meet with customers to understand issues surrounding customers business. Travel outside HK is needed for this role for cross boarder recovery cases.
• Manage all foreclose actions and bankruptcies. Collaboration with the relevant departments of the bank, other banks, independent financial advisors, lawyers, the liquidators and the trustees are needed.
• Insure that non-performing loans are properly risk rated and that regular reports are competed.
• Promptly complete training required to comply with regulatory regulations, bank’s policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Business, Finance, Banking, Law or relevant disciplines with qualifications such as CPA, ACCA an advantage
• Minimum 7-10 years banking experience and over 5 years of experience in Debts Recovery, Commercial Lending, or credit function is preferable.
• Understanding of corporate and consumer products/services offered by ICBCA as well as the business, financials, market and the need/challenges of assigned NPL customers.
• Understanding of banking operating management process of ICBC Group and banking regulations. Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English.

Less experienced candidates will be considered for Senior Manager or Manager position.
