Responsibilities:

• Evaluate mortgage and personal loan proposals
• Conduct interview with loan applicants
• Conduct site visits

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in credit assessment or related duties
• Result oriented  vis-à-vis meeting the turnaround time for credit processing
• Self-initiative, with good communication and inter-personal skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Have good knowledge in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
