Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain departmental filing system by categorizing and uploading varies materials in systems in timely manner
• Keep track of the contract expiry of external statistics and magazine companies and coordinate for contract renewal or cessation
• Update in-house Early Warning System and inform team members when necessary
• Assist in downloading reports from Database as required
• Handle departmental expenditure and update budget control sheet for the department
• Data inputting and provide administrative support to the team
  
  

Requirements:

• HKDSE level  with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Mandarin and knowledge in Japanese is preferred
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
