Job Description
Our client is a listed Bank and is looking for a high calible to join their Bank:
Responsibilities:
- To oversee the credit functions and set up/review the standard operational procedures, manuals and guidelines for Private Banking Service
- To plan and implement new products, services, operation initiatives and systems development, and work with internal stakeholders on operational matters or supports
- To ensure compliance with all the regulatory, compliance and enterprise risk management standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder, preferably major in banking or finance
- 20 years of experience in banking sector, in which at least 15 years in managerial role
- Sound knowledge of operational procedures, internal controls, compliance and risk management functions at private banks
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus
