Responsibilities:

• To provide technical services to IT and business users and ensure optimal system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements
• To manage system related projects to ensure reliable system availability for application development and production and provide regular/timely/accurate status reporting
• To provide technical support and advice to various IT operations and application development, IT management and relevant business units

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer and/or Information Technology
• A minimum of 15 years’ IT working experience especially on system maintenance, hardware and infrastructure management
• 5+ years’ team leading experience of a sizable supporting team of 20+
• Familiar with IT hardware, software and its uses in financial or banking industry
• Excellent leadership, execution, communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua a must)
