Customer Value Management - Deposits, Transactional Banking & FX

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Deposits & Banking Services Manager (FX Products & Portfolio Management)

Principal responsibilities:     

• Develop and drive Cash FX business growth strategies and activities, deliver sustainable growth in turnover and expand active Cash FX customer base
• Lead and influence various stakeholders for implementing Cash FX business growth initiatives to meet customers’ changing needs across different distribution channels
• Develop robust tools and MI, drive concrete analytic insight to understand revenue dynamics and trend, proactively identify incremental new business potential by managing pricing/product packaging to maximise profitability
• Keep abreast of latest market environment, regularly benchmark with market players to ensure our FX products and pricing are competitive and actively explore new business opportunities
• Prepare relevant strategy papers, business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management
• Empower and drive the team development, mobility and capability to sustain a high performing workforce
• Monitor and manage products costs and control, ensure relevant control measures are in place to minimize the risk exposure of the Bank as well as meeting all the internal standard, compliance, policies & regulation 

Requirements 

• University Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines/qualifications
• Excellent pricing, P&L, financial forecast skills and knowledge
• Understanding of Cash FX products management and retail digital payment
• Results oriented with proven track record of driving business growth, change leader with excellent influencing skills
• Numerate individual, highly effective communicator across various business lines at senior levels within the organization, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to navigate conflicting priorities
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
