Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Follow up system issues with IT teams, User Departments and System Vendors 
• Perform application SIT & UAT, system data set up and user training
• Assist in handling ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• 3+ years business analysis experience in bank or financial institution
• Good knowledge in banking products and services
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint); Experience in using MS Visio a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst
