Job Description

• Achieve individual targets on mortgage lending
• Build and deepen business relationship with various property agencies
• Ensure all acitivities are under strict compliance and meet regulatory standards
• Saturday or Sunday may be required depends on peak seasons of new properties

Requirements

• Diploma or above;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua and communication skills
• Good track record in mortgage sales, with extensive network with property agencies
• Sensitive to market trend and sound knowledge in finance products (especially mortgage related products) and relevant procedures
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and coaching skills
• Good PC skills and Chinese input
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Mortgage Sales Manager.
