Key responsibilities: 

• The candidate will directly perform ad-hoc projects focusing on delivery of necessary analysis or improvements of existing processes for specific countries managed by RED.
• The candidate is expected to be able to perform advanced analytical tasks and projects independently
• The candidate will regularly using Oracle (SQL) to be able  pull required data directly from data warehouses where the local teams store them.
• Candidate will be preparing Ad hoc reports in Tableau reporting tool.
• The candidate will be responsible for adjustment, set up and analysis of Home Credit’s internal  underwriting (“UWI”) systems (Blaze, Homer, CaBus, HoSel etc.) Prepare the business requirements for IT and help countries to implement the changes to their local UWI setup
• The candidate should be able to develop scorecard independently while using scoring workflow developed in Python
• Majority of the necessary advice and projects of candidate will be international, different in culture of the countries involved and quite demanding for cross-cultural management.
• The candidate will be required to attend meetings frequently at the locations of Home Credit businesses across Asia, especially Philippines, China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Russia. The candidate is required to be able to travel even on short notice (less than 3 days) to deal with critical needs that may occur anytime. 

Required knowledge and experience: 

• University (Masters's) degree preferably in economics, business administration, technical university
• 12+ years of relevant international experience in credit risk management in large international consumer finance or banking company covering preferably growing markets in Asia but also European union
• Knowledge of corporate governance,risk and performance management principles
• Proven capability to work on corporate projects in companies with 15k+ employees
• Work experience with project management in Credit Risk company involving business requests preparation for IT, cooperation during IT development and implementation to production environment across several countries
• Experience with UWI system development and setup is must
• Experience with scorecard development
• Proficiency in English both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office and excellence in SQL Basic Python programming experience in scorecard development
