Key Responsibilities:   

• Transforms the company towards future competitiveness.
• Identifies world-class trends and translates them to the strategy to become a market leader or a quick follower.
• Develops and implements "pull based" commercial strategies (sales force, CRM, online, customer retention and engagement).
• Manages sales performance at the group level and the P&L of distributed products (CLX, CLW, CD, TW, Credit Card).
• Transforms the sales processes into the friction less and low-cost customer solutions.
• Ensures cross-country best practice sharing.
• Provides expertise, know-how and training if required by country.

Required experience and knowledge: 

• University level education, PhD is a plus in area of Economics and International trade
• 10+ years of experience in top management role with revenue/volume responsibility as well as full P&L responsibility in financial services industry with consumer finance focus
• CEO experience from a large international company (EU&Asia cover)Experience in building direct sales network, indirect and online sales channels
• Profound understanding of B2B commercial environment 
• Successfully proven interdepartmental leadership and capability to coordinate projects in sales, risk innovation, business development and external affairs
• Experience in cross-cultural management in own team, not only theoretical but very practical with positive result (proven by former job)
• Czech language due to heavy cooperation with HQ in Czech republic
• Proven track record of practical experience (work, projects delivered) in South East Asian economies: demonstrate at least 3 successful projects in China, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam.
• Experience with online lending of revolving products for Consumer Finance company in Asia and EU.
