Responsibilities:

• Supervise development credit applications and monitor client portfolio;
• Supervise allotted account portfolio and ensure excellent customer service;
• Preparation of management reports for identification of business opportunities and internal monitoring;
• Analyse all business objectives and ensure achievement of all product mix for all relationships with customers;
• Maintain knowledge on all bank products in order to provide efficient customer services;
• Liaise with bankers, other departments and customers to ensure efficient and effective communication among all parties;
• Supervise the overall end to end process to expedite the revenue generation and risk control;
• Participation in other ad hoc projects assigned by department head.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Business Studies or relevant disciplines;
• Minimum 1 year working experience but fresh graduate is also welcome;
• Positive work attitude and Good team player;
• Proactive and strong communication skills;
• Strong attention to figures and details with good organization skills;
• Able to work under pressure, self-motivated, detail minded and able to manage multiple tasks;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Literate in Microsoft office applications
