Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the marketing team and internal departments in the implementation of the marketing programs, as well as monitor results and uplift customer experience Prepare business proposals, analysis and evaluation for continuous sales improvement
• Assist in formulating and implementation of new business initiatives and marketing programs to drive credit card usage business
• Negotiate with external business partners/merchants to solicit marketing/promotion co-operations and develop a professional relationship

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Management, Marketing or other relevant qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking industry, experience in credit card business, advertising and marketing are advantages
• Proactive, strong sales and marketing orientation, with self-motivation and ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
