Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Maintain the Club’s facilities and ensure the safe use of equipment,
• Responsible for membership selling
• Handle and resolve client disputes & complaints and liaise with the Club Manager,
• Consult with and tour clients around the club,
• Explain membership details and benefits to clients when required,
• Provide outstanding customer service and deliver an excellent membership experience to all members.
Requirements:
• Form 5 or above
• PC user with good MS Office or Excel skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Experience in customer service
• PT certificate preferred but not necessary
We offer attractive remuneration package including:
• $15,000-$18,000 basic plus bonus
• 5.5 days work
