Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of category executives to drive & maximize the sales & profit
• Plan & develop commercial & pricing strategies and overall instore and eCommerce promotions
• Manage promotion matrix between categories and assortment planning
• Extensive understanding of business growth models, customer needs and ever-changing retail environment to identify commercial opportunities to improve sales performance and maximize business growth

Requirements

• University Graduate in Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years solid buying experience in Beauty / Skin Care retail industry
• Good understanding in category management and recommend effective product range optimization
• Strong communication and negotiations skills with proven track record of successful relationships with suppliers
• Ability to drive the teams in achieving the company business and sales targets
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills
• Business acumen and very good at figures and data analysis
• Good command of English & Chinese with strong interpersonal and communication skills
