Responsibilities

• Work closely with the senior management and manage the team members on development & implementation of sales and marketing activities
• Organize Expos, Events, Talks and direct selling activities to promote Cryolife’s services
• Develop, lead and manage digital marketing programs in Hong Kong & Macau markets, especially E-commerce
• Represent & create brand awareness & increase sales revenue in fast-growing Hong Kong & Macau market
• Support relationship development with Doctors, Nurses and Agent Partners
• Support, train and manage 3rd parties’ Sales Consultants and/or Agent Representatives in Cryolife’s Service Offerings 
• Promote medical services and products plus exploring new potential partners and end-users
• Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness and for product development if necessary

 Requirements

• Degree or above in Business / Marketing discipline or equivalent
• Over 3 years related working experience, preferably in sizable MNC
• Previous roles in dealing with marketing / advertising agencies
• Solid experience in social media management, advertising, branding, channel & digital marketing plus e-commerce
• Strong project management, organizational and negotiation skills;
• Creative, self-motivated and team player with strong communication skill
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Preference with be given to those with medical industry background

• Holding Macau ID and/or Macau Permanent Resident (for the Macau Position)
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
