Our Client a leading global consumer products company. We are currently looking for high caliber talent who is adaptable, self-motivated and passionate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement effective sales and merchandise strategies to achieve sales targets
• Responsible for product development and selection, OTB planning, ordering, pricing and inventory control
• Drive branding strategy, product development and marketing plans
• Response on international product trends of assigned product categories, identify new business opportunities
• Perform business performance evaluation, margin and cost control, prepare annual budget and forecast, sales and inventory analysis
• Provide feedback on material sourcing and quality control with vendors
• Support sales team on product training and product presentation
• Formulate marketing strategies (i.e. ATL, BTL, CRM, etc)
• Monitor and manage price and margin control
• Work closely with Retail and Sales team to ensure store presentations and marketing promotions

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of FMCG / Consumer Product experience (exp in Health & Beauty is an advantage)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong project management, problem solving skills
