Responsibilities:

• Assist the supervisor monitoring the progress of all the site works and control the quality
• Handle the coordination works of all projects and provide documentation support to the department
• Liaison with the contractors, sub-contractors and statutory bodies
• Prepare tender drawing and material sample
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in any construction related discipline and experience in F&B industry.
• Knowledge in Building Ordinance and Regulations is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Can-do attitude, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Officer
