Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading design consultants to develop design ideas
- Develop design ideas for in-house interior design works
- Follow through design process from feasibility to construction; including interior space planning, concept mood boards development, selection of materials, details development etc.
- Liaise with and monitor consultants design / design developments ideas for project execution including handover to end user
Requirements:
- Degree holders in Interior Design or relevant disciplines with 5-6 years’ experience
- Past working experiences in notable hotel and /or service apartments projects would be an advantage
- Strong passion for design, proficient in design presentations, AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines, some overtime expected
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua preferred
- Travel to Mainland China would be required from time to time
